Whole Roasted Cauliflower

Whole roasted cauliflowers have been circling the interwebs so I had to give it a try. It is easier than it looks, and I would recommend flavouring it with whatever you like. I do like how minimal the preparation is. However, as one who likes her cauliflower properly mushy and soft, I may have to give this another try -- probably covering it to steam the core before giving it a proper roast at the end.
