A Walk in the Park

Exiting the park
There is a little park across the street. The ground is flat and nicely tarmacked with little bits of glass that glitter in the light. It is a playground for deer, dogs, birds, bunnies, cyclists, and walkers. The exciting part to being out walking in this park is: hearing each plane power down and having it swoop over our heads, casting a gigantic shadow as it glides down to the private airport closeby. Most of them are white, but it's not often we see a yellow one (fourth picture). Wouldn't it be nice to have a private plane?

It is a scenery a touch different from the snowy Alps I got used to and now sometimes miss being in awe of. But, some other things make up for it.

  1. It's beautiful! Sending you love from the Alps! (you'll be back! :))

  2. That looks like a lovely park and the sky is so blue too!

  3. Give any open space and I am happy. :)

  4. Such a nice place! Looks so much like a wide Australian park, only without the gum trees. Oh I do miss that kind of scenery. We always want what we can't have.

  5. Wow! Thank you for sharing the place. The view is so relaxing and refreshing.

How I love comments. Thank you for stopping by; I really appreciate it :)
