A Bread A Month : Chubby Croissants for October

My oven is strange. It has only a top heating coil.

Best not to know how much butter goes into these croissants.

As I kept the dough in the refrigerator overnight without covering  / wrapping, a "skin" developed.
Doesn't affect the taste though, but gives it an extra crunch.

  1. Wow! You're really keeping to your bread a month! Can't believe there's only two more months left!

  2. OMG, you have no idea how much I want to eat one of those right now, they look so delicious!
I am so impressed that you have stuck with making a different bread each and every month. Your bread photos make a gorgeous collage for the kitchen, btw.
