A Bread A Month : August's French Brioche

It is true what they say, that every oven is different.
This was the result of 12 minutes in 220°C, instead of 15 minutes, as suggested.
Sometimes it pays to take a peek.

French Brioche. Very buttery, and egg-y, and fluffy.
