A Bread A Month : January's Pizza Dough

Fresh breads, half-baked breads, and bread / pastry doughs are so readily available here.
But, nothing like making your own, right?

The recipe called for "strong flour".

Colours of the Italian flag?

This bubbling, greasy pizza is dinner.

Soft, fluffy pizza dough.
It worked!
A Bread A Month project: January -- complete.

I always get frustrated when I try making bread. Maybe what I need is a good book...
