Easter Weekend: Regenstauf, Regensburg, Kallmünz, and Walhalla.

For Easter, I took a solo 6-hour ride to visit Miriam in Regensburg, and spent the long weekend with her family. I hope you have had a good Good Friday, and Spring-y Chocolate-y fun Easter weekend!

  1. Great photos! I'm very impressed that Miriam managed to find white shelled eggs for colouring. In the UK and now in France, we stopped getting white eggs and now they're all brown. It's harder to colour them. I think consumers got stuck into some kind of idea that brown bread is healthier than white bread, so brown eggs must be healthier than white ones! Crazy, really.

Thanks for your comments on my blog. The sempervivums are good for beginner gardeners!

I've just got involved in a Pass it Forward crafting blog thing - when I post about it tomorrow, the first three people who comment will be able to get involved too! Look out for tomorrow's post if you're interested...

  3. Hi! I'm glad you're involved in my Pay it Forward! I'm sure I kept the envelope from the jewellery I bought from you, so perhaps I still have your address, but just in case I don't find it, could you email me your address, please? I've started the making but it's going to take a while to do 3 (plus a swap I got involved in!)
